Did you ever stop and think of the need to build a set of rings to destroy the entire galaxy's population of sentient life to stay the invasion of the flood?

Even though a ring with earth-like conditions being built as a weapon makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and is an obvious ripoff to merely put a pseudo-religious reference into a video game to make it seem as if the developers are "deep".
